Acne Food
There are food that should be avoided so as not to aggravate your acne condition. As much as there are restrictions, there are also recommended food to control acne.
The skin is the largest organ of the body and whatever causes skin problems, including acne, are always related to the internal organs. Food plays an important role on whether our internals are healthy or otherwise. It was always recommended to keep a healthy diet so that our body, not just our skin, remains in non-toxic condition that creates all health related problems.
Always have fresh fruits and dark green leafy vegetables in our diet. Recommended servings woud be four for vegetables and one for fruits. On top of these, drink lots of water, or lemon juice once a while. But water is always the best. Avoid tea, coffee or other "sinful" drinks.
Always limit or eat in moderation foods that are deep-fried, high in carbohydrates and sweet sugary stuff.
Hence, diet is important in having beautiful skin.
